We take care to accurately represent our wines, including descriptions, vintage details, and tasting notes. However, wine is a natural product and may vary slightly between batches. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may not exactly represent the product received.

We reserve the right to discontinue or substitute any product, limit purchase quantities, and correct pricing errors at any time.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is only accepted once Tillie J Wines confirms acceptance and processes your payment. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. Cancellation requests after order acceptance may not be accommodated. In the event we need to cancel or modify your order, we will contact you via the details provided at checkout.

You agree that purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout.

Prices may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is accepted. We may offer promotions or discounts from time to time, which will be subject to their own terms.

You must provide accurate and current payment information. By submitting your payment details, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details on delivery timeframes, costs, and conditions. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once your order is handed to the carrier. Please refer to our Refunds & Returns Policy and our Breakage Replacement clause for details on damaged deliveries.

6. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude your rights under the ACL.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Tillie J Wines website, including text, images, branding, and product descriptions, is owned by or licensed to Tillie J Wines and is protected by Australian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

9. Relationship with Shopify

Tillie J Wines uses Shopify to power our online store. All sales are made directly with Tillie J Wines. Shopify is a platform provider only and is not responsible for any aspect of your transaction with us.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, Tillie J Wines's liability for any claim arising from the use of our Services is limited to the value of the relevant order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. This limitation does not apply to the extent that such loss arises from our negligence, breach of the ACL, or other conduct that cannot be excluded by law.
