Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Tillie J Wines may offer the following purchase options. This policy explains how each works and how you can manage or cancel your purchase.

 

Wine Subscriptions

When you sign up for a wine subscription, you will receive regular deliveries based on the subscription plan you select. Your payment method will be securely stored and charged for each delivery cycle, unless you have opted to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of the subscription period. If you do not wish to renew, you can cancel at any time before the next billing date.

To manage or cancel your subscription, you can do so directly from the link in your order confirmation email, or by contacting us at tillie@tilliejwines.com.au.

Pre-Orders

From time to time, we may offer wines available for pre-order — these are wines not yet in stock or currently in production. When you place a pre-order, we may collect no payment or a deposit at checkout, then charge the remaining balance when the wine is ready to dispatch.

You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled at any time. If your pre-order has already been fulfilled and dispatched, you cannot cancel the order, but you may be eligible for a return or refund in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
